Sodium is fine unless you have an underlying health issue.
I have found that my blood pressure has no correlation with my salt intake.

Edit: Not saying that is the case for everyone. I am just fortunate in that respect.

I know a guy who was diabetic, but got a pancreas transplant. Every time I see him he's drinking a milkshake or coke. I asked him if he's trying to kill this pancreas too, and he just shrugged.
My spousal unit is T2D, got Dr. Fung’s books, we’ve both lost 40# her Ha1c went from 9.5 last July to 6.5 December 10th. You don’t have to die.

I witnessed something similar to this. Motorcycles going about 90+mph when one his the back of car. The other swerved to miss and laid down his bike. One went to hospital for injuries and the guy that laid his bike down left in a body bag (his head was reshaped into the form of a curb).
Knew a couple riding on a bike that hit the rear end of a car at about 45 mph. Both of them died.

Car pulled out in front of my cousins while he was doing about 25-30 in a residential area.

Wearing helmet, but broke his neck and killed him.
