I think we all have things we want to do, or places we would like to see before departing this world. I do have some things I would like to see before I go as well. Here are mine.

    1) Learn how to sky dive!
    2) Visit Ireland and Scotland.
    3) Visit Graceland. This is also on my wife's bucket list too!
    4) See the Grand Canyon.
    5) Spend a month, just touring Texas. Been to many places in Texas, but so many places I would still like to visit.
    6) Visit Australia.
    7) Learn how to sail a boat.
    8) Learn how to play the guitar.
    9) Get my book published.
    10) Learn how to blacksmith like my great grandfather.
    11) Do stand-up comedy!
    12) Write a cookbook.

    So what is yours?

At my age, 72, I've done everything I've ever wanted to do. Which is quite a bit.

So, since I don't have a bucket list, I'll just sit back and read what others would like to do.
Good luck, everyone in completing your bucket list.

I'm in the same boat. I wish I could think of something age appropriate that I want to do that I haven't already done.

Is this going to be a short thread of nice lists? Or a BTDT contest? Or a deep, existential conversation about abilities, ambition, and mortality?

    Might be interesting...

I think that no matter how long we live, or how many places we have been, or the things we have done, there are always going to be things we will want to do.

Life is a journey. The destination isn't the journey. It's about making memories for that time that comes, when we are no longer able to do the things we want to, but able to relive those memories. The trick is to go out of this world with no regrets, and a smile on your face.

    No excuses!

    To All,

    Move to the TX coast,
Build the houseboat that I've designed,
Visit the Great Wall of China
    and
    Get a saddle mule.

    yours, satx

Come across the mayors of Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Portland and Seattle along with Cuomo, Newsom and Pelosi all stuck in a bog up to their necks with a baseball bat in my hands

See Republicans control both houses (with 2/3 majorities) and the White House, and nine SCOTUS justices who uphold the Constitution.
