Embrace the loser cruiser that is the minivan with me. :D
My wife hates my Expedition (EL too big) but she loves her 18 Chrysler Pacifica with stow n go seating. I hate driving her minivan which is why I traded my old truck on the Expedition. If I have to drive the family I’m not driving a minivan. We have four kids, ages 9-5.

That was the other part of our conversation, to minivan or not to minivan. I think she'd rather have a three row SUV if she can. Gotta fit three kids in there, two in those huge cars seats and one in a booster

    Gunz are icky.
Oh brother there's been a laundry list...

Last winter blend door broke on driver side so no heat was blowing. They had to pull the entire dash to replace a cheap part. Had to drain coolant. It was a job.

Noticed neon green dye on the garage floor yesterday. When the truck was running, it was dripping pretty badly. It was refrigerant.

Driving it to the shop today, we had no cold air.

Evaporator is shot. Replacing that and the drier, new coolant, etc was going to run about $2000.

We just had to replace the automatic liftgate latch and motor. I'm pretty sure the power running boards are getting ready to go.

Decided this was enough, we're done putting money into it.

This truck has been rife with problems even while in warranty. Makes me sorry I had bought a Ford last year. I think we're done with the brand and that's not an easy one for my wife to say because she comes from a Ford family.

Now to figure out what we do next. Thankfully we don't need a vehicle immediately but we're going to sooner or later.

Doubt we can afford another low mileage large SUV because they've gone bonkers in price in the last 6 years.

Toyota Highlander is the answer you seek padawhan.
