Do you have a link to an article that stated this?

I think they had it advertised here but they must have pulled the ad after bad publicity as I cannot find it now. Lighten up and enjoy a little humor during this crisis, laughter is the best medicine (and no I don't have a link for that either).

Did anyone get the memo on when exactly we should have been panic buying TP again?
This was my HEB's aisle yesterday.

My wife did mention on Wednesday night that a coworker South of SA was having a problem finding it. I replied how funny that was because our HEB has been stocked for awhile now and I was just there that day.

What a difference a day makes, I guess.

Wife went to Wally World yesterday and brought home a 12 pack of TP and said there was more there than she's seen in weeks and not many people were buying it.

I made 2 trips to Sam’s recently. a week ago and picked up paper towels & toilet paper on that trip (our normal stash/stock pile). They had a good inventory of both that day. I went again Tuesday? or so and they were out of both. Not sure what’s going on there?

We finally ran out of TP.

We bought our last big pack in march I think and I ran into a stocker filling 12 packs a time or two first thing in the morning or at closing time so I got one.

The girls prefer that pillow soft sheit paper so we make them buy their own if they dont like what's in the house and they still have a couple 12 packs but the way they go thru it who knows.

Anyway, was at Costco and they set 3 pallets on the ground of the huge size they sell and it was gone in 20 minutes. So WTF?

Were good till the holidays probably but what the hell people. Are you that stupid.

Never mind, answered my own question.

I was at Krogers yesterday. They were stocked full. I didn't know there was going to be another run on the stuff. I thought everyone realized they were a fool for doing it last time.

I also find it interesting that we've got more and more brands and varieties of disinfectant and hand sanitizer showing up all over the place, but apparently there's not a substitute for Lysol

    Was that a hint?

    avvidclif,

I don't know BUT I would have MUCH preferred a HEB sack full of FREE AMMO or even a bar of used linotype, to use to mix with lead to cast 310grain 9.3mm bullets from.
(I was given a chunk of nearly pure lead/scrapped X-RAY shielding, that weighs about 60#.).

    yours, satx
