Luckily, I have never been sick from eating raw oysters, and also why I haven't had them mysef in quite some years now. I just don't trust where they come from or how they are handled to eat them anymore.

I laid off raw oyster for a good long time after getting sick from then too.Then I started going to Gilhooey's. If you eat oysters it worth the pilgrimage on a drury winter day.
