    On a Tuesday?
Yeah. I'm not sure why they picked Tuesday. Right now they are sending field forces of 30 - 50 officers to various locations around the city. No protests are expecting for today but we're using today as an opportunity to prepare for tomorrow. Instead of losing more police cars we're loading up buses and deploying on foot to our assigned location. There will be very few actual police vehicles at the march. Lesson learned from Friday.

Isn't Flyod's body coming to Houston to be buried here, being as most of his family live here. That plus their bought and paid for medical examiner stated that the govt med examine was wrong and that the police killed him. Hopefully it won't be a full fledged riot tomorrow.

Had one of those ever famous "huh, don't remember buying that case. Or that one." moments too.
I was going threw the closet this weekend and found a case sized box stamped "paid". Had to open it to see what was inside. It was like Christmas. Lol

Had little to do with MLK.

"The raised fist, often used by the Black Panthers, became a symbol of the black power movement. This iconic photograph, taken as the "Star-Spangled Banner" played after the 200-meter race, shows champion U.S. runners Tommie Smith and John Carlos bowing their heads and raising their fists. The image became a worldwide sensation at the time and was criticized by those who disapproved of the message or of athletes mixing politics with sports. Others praised the salute and applauded the attention it brought to the black struggle for equality and self-determination. As a result of their actions, Carlos and Smith were expelled from the Olympic Games."
Just different players. B.P. got into politics.
