Did anyone ever come up with any info on carrying while wearing a mask?
    Third times charm.....

Assuming you’re referring to an LTC licensee. Let’s see what the statutes say:
    <crickets>

I’ve searched, and I can’t find an anti-mask statute in Texas. These types of statutes historically existed to prevent people hiding their identity in public, mainly targeting groups like the KKK.
SCOTUS ruled at some point this century, that wearing a mask in certain instances was protected speech by enabling anonymity of the speaker, overturning some states’ anti-mask law.

That being said, let’s turn to TGC Sec. 411.205. REQUIREMENT TO DISPLAY LICENSE.

If a license holder is carrying a handgun on or about the license holder's person when a magistrate or a peace officer demands that the license holder display identification, the license holder shall display both the license holder's driver's license or identification certificate issued by the department and the license holder's handgun license.

That tells me a licensee has to show the cards when demanded. Doesn’t help much, expect to acknowledge a peace officer or magistrate is the only person who can demand you verify your status.

So, when asked for identification, what does that entail? Let’s look at TPC 38.02

Sec. 38.02. FAILURE TO IDENTIFY. (a) A person commits an offense if he intentionally refuses to give his name, residence address, or date of birth to a peace officer who has lawfully arrested the person and requested the information.

Nothing in there says anything about matching the face to the picture. So, I’d say the law is silent on the matter.

The stickler there is "has been arrested"

    you're welcome

Well, the LMGTFY only means one thing, and it kinda rubbed me the wrong way. (No OOC)

This was the third time that I had posted this, and a couple others claimed not to be able to find anything.
I admit to not looking AGAIN before my third post...

My gym re-opened today, including the showers. Yay!

Some other gyms had opened but kept the showers/locker rooms closed. I can't imagine a workout without an immediate shower so those locations didn't work for me. I imagine I'll re-start my routine tomorrow. Looking forward to it.

    Lucky you!

Planet Fitness is still closed and the gym closer to me closes at midnight. I was hoping with some people still afraid of other people it might convince them to go to a 24hr schedule.
