Lifting buckets of water, random things in the garage, using resistance bands, lots of plyometrics and body weight exercise.

Wife got me a TRX setup for Christmas, so finally got that setup as well.

Built a wooden bench and just snagged/assembled this dip station.

I think I’ll snag some weights off Craigslist for cheap after the quarantine ends, and I think we may cancel our gym memberships and just workout at home...we’re really digging it.

I have several kettlebells of varying weights. I like using them but the “lift bro’s” will tell you that they will give you “teh aids” lol.

I used to spend 1 1/2 hours at the gym every day. The past few years I realized I could do everything I needed to with a 30 minute kettlebell workout at home.

Same with me back in the day.

But I’m all about high-intensity these days.
    Hit it hard then done.
There’s no way to maintain super high intensity for very long.

I just don’t have the time to devote 90 mins to a workout.

As an example, morning abs are 5-8 minutes, tops.

With gyms set to re-open, I’m seeing some reasonably priced fitness equipment on Craigslist.

Just scored these BowFlex adjustable dumbbells yesterday, BNIB, for retail price.

Still out of stock at most places, still priced outrageously.
