I kick myself for being a smart ass and hanging up before I collected the info about the people who called me Friday evening for a public opinion poll regarding voting preferences . Sorry and you will see why I should have exposed them in a second.

I got a call from a local number I didn't recognize but since I was waiting on a call from a Dr I answered it. My phone number is an AZ zipcode and number I've had at least 25 years but they knew I was in texas a registered voter, there's my answer about how they got my info, and wanted to ask about voting habits.

I started to say phuck off but when they started asking if I was leaning to vote Republican or Democrat I said "we're illegal aliens and can't vote and dont care" and started to haing up when he said "that's ok we still need your opinion for our poll"!

I lost my temper and said you phucking piece of shit, are you going to use it to pad a preconceived and desired outcome? Next time you wonder why no one cares about your polls you will have your answer, it's all fake and I hung up.

I'm kicking myself cause I could have raised a nice stink and destroyed the reputation of the poll taking agency, I know too late, but they deserve it.

    Next time...

So ya, polls are all BS and fake.

For the most part, polls are skewed from the get go. Many times they simply taken to reaffirm opinions they already have. Many times, the questions are rigged to be able to get desired results.

If polls were honest and close to being accurate, according to those done in 2016, Hillary would be president right now, instead of Trump.

I took a research methods class in college. To have a truly unbiased pole where everyone is as adequately represented as possible, you need a lot of time, resources, and money. You also need to survey a lot of people. All of those nation wide poles that have only a few thousand participants are not even remotely close to having all the surveys done they'd need to do to have an accurate representation of the US population. They have enough for a small city.

I have never put much faith or trust in polls.

They are many times too easily manipulated by pollster for desired results.

It also is dependent upon the honesty of the person answering the poll.
