Moving over 8' out of an empty lane makes them see better?

And it doesn't look like anyone's passing because they're waiting in the passing lane so far behind that they're out of the picture.

I get it. We need to share the road with bikers. But only if they're willing to share the road with us too. When someone stops thinking about everyone else on the road and thinks they just have a right to be in whatever lane they want to be in, and move as slow as, or next to anyone they want to, then I lose my patience with them. If I'm in the fast lane, I'm looking in my mirror and either moving over, or speeding up to get around someone so I can move over if there's someone behind me.

A larger group like that would reek havoc on people using the on/off ramps if they road in the right lane.

That said, if they aren’t running at least 5 over the speed limit they need to twist the grip a little more. It could also be a toy run or some other pre planned event. A lot of the larger ones have escorts and such in which case they will be following the escort and using the lane they are lead to.

Aren't there laws against "riding" in the far left lane.
I believe that it is for passing.

My SIL is a sherriff, it's one of his pet peeves, and he pulls people over for it.
According to him, it's illegal anywhere there is more than one lane in a single direction.

I don't know if this is true or not.

PLEASE get your SIL on I35...

I get so tired of people driving under the limit in the left lane. If they want to drive slow, great. JUST GET OUT OF THE LEFT LANE!

I thought it was only enforceable (or illegal) if there were signs posted.
