Can't see what's ahead, and it doesn't look to be anyone passing.

Moving over 8' out of an empty lane makes them see better?

And it doesn't look like anyone's passing because they're waiting in the passing lane so far behind that they're out of the picture.

I get it. We need to share the road with bikers. But only if they're willing to share the road with us too. When someone stops thinking about everyone else on the road and thinks they just have a right to be in whatever lane they want to be in, and move as slow as, or next to anyone they want to, then I lose my patience with them. If I'm in the fast lane, I'm looking in my mirror and either moving over, or speeding up to get around someone so I can move over if there's someone behind me.
