I completely understand. I have a defensive vendor from Africa that gets upset when I point out errors in his reports. He gets upset, raises his voice & talks faster which only exasserbates the issue. I TRIED to be nice handling it verbally but he forces me to put his errors in writing.Actually, this was sent to me by a Chinese guy I work with. He's been here 12 years now, and we still have a hard time understanding each other on the phone. There's lots of times one of us will tell the other one to text or email what we're trying to say. We can communicate just fine in person though.
