I've never dealt face-to-face with a USAA agent in the four decades I've been a member. That involves time assigned in foreign countries, and in half-a-dozen different states.I'm eager to look at some USAA, not just insurance. I'm a long time member, but dumped them back in 1983 due to them screwing up my IRA and refusing to fix it.
But they have closed all their satellite offices and their website is of no use. Is it all a telephone deal these days ?
