    Very nice! I like the grips! I've got one similar with the birds head grips (black) in 45 Colt. It shoots like a dream!

    Cheap, yet accurate and durable. The Weihrauch Arminius HW 7S and HW 9 revolvers are ugly ducklings and have a heavy double action pull but many survive decades of use and abuse in German gun clubs.

    This HW 9 is one of the better models with a more ergonomical grip, wide trigger blade and even an adjustable trigger stop.

    I’ve never shot a 22 past 100 yards and honestly didn’t really think they could go much further accurately LOL

    I was using about 2.5 to 3 feet of hold over going from 100 yards to 200. I haven't look at any ballistics charts recently, but I'm sure after 200 it really starts to drop. I consider about 10 feet of drop as "lobbing things in there". Which is probably what shooting at 300 yards with a .22lr is. I'm sure it can still be lethal well beyond that range. More of matter of whether you can make hits at that range.
