Brazos River Sportsman's Club in Fulshear/Simonton. Call the owner, Leigh John to reserve a spot. I'm one of the RSOs there.

Many thanks for the input. Looks like an excellent facility, but a bit far for SA folks to drive for 4 separate classes. Might take a drive out there myself one day. Did you get your RSO cert through NRA, CMP, or some other? I have run ranges before while in the army, but that was many years ago so I am looking to certify prior to starting my classes.

Probably so. I just know they were in the store a few weeks ago talking about going out to Kitty Hawk Airfield and described the kind of range that it was.

I miss all the good stuff because I just catch things as I pass through on the way to my computer in the back room.

Hah! I understand. At least you have a valid excuse. I can be standing right next to the conversation and miss it entirely if I am focused on something else.

I did mine through the NRA at https://www.arm-edacademy.com/.

Thinking about taking the CRSO course next, though the next one offered is by a different instructor down in Tiki Island.
