I feel like I owe myself a nice 1911 after having many run of the mill production models. I saw this one at one of our local shops and, after wiping the drool from my chin, went home and am strongly considering going back and picking it up. It is a different but attractive design. I like the looks even though it is a bit "pimpy". What say you?

For $1800 I would want performance enhancing features that this one is lacking.

But I get it, sometimes a gun’s looks will draw me in like a Siren’s song.
