I really admire the 1911. One of my first handguns was a SA ultra-compact V10 stainless. Really liked it and wish I never traded it off. Currently I only own 2. The STI Ranger II 45ACP is a joy to shoot. Bought it years ago with the idea that I would carry it. Never happened. The CZ I just got about a month ago. I love CZ handguns, so this was a great find for me. Quality is excellent! Hope to get some rounds through it soon. I would also like to get a Dan Wesson Specialist 45 as well.

Nice T-Pach, former A536 and HHC 536 myself.
I have 2 CZ 1911's. They are pretty stellar pieces.I really admire the 1911. One of my first handguns was a SA ultra-compact V10 stainless. Really liked it and wish I never traded it off. From what I can Find CZ only made 1000 of these 1911s and then dropped them. I have been told it was due to not making much profit off of them since they did not sell for very high, but are built very quality.Since CZ owns Dan Wesson, I wonder if there are any commonalities/similarities between their 1911’s?

These are basically DW pieces with the CZ roll mark. From what I can Find CZ only made 1000 of these 1911s and then dropped them. I have been told it was due to not making much profit off of them since they did not sell for very high, but are built very quality.
Good stuff. I was with the 1/141 for years. Deployed with 2/142. I am now with Range Control out at Camp Swift.
