I cooked turnip greens and purple hull peas UNDER the pork ribs last week. Might have to do that again!! Tasty!!! Against all that is holy, I pressure cook my ribs and finish them under a broiler(with sauce).I like black-eye peas cooked with a ham bone, and served with fresh made cornbread!
