I've used weatherbug for years but far too often of late, it's radar is 'down for maintenance'.

I want to bookmark multiple, specific locations w/o needing cell phone *location* enabled and I'm also especially interested in current / forecast wind conditions. What has proven accurate and reliable for you?

    Correction: I meant wunderground . com! :(

For radar I use RadarScope, It allows you to pick which specific radar to use plus a mess of features. Apps are available for Apple and Android.

For weather forecasting, I stick with the National Weather Service.

Mostlocal weather apps are accuweather based. How often they update is on them. I use the wapp from fox 4 out of dfw. Being accuweather based it's good all over and I can have it follow me. That said I just keep a list of locations I switch to.

For weather radar I use Radar Alive pro. It was only a buck or so one time and you can goto any nws or local radar site and it has all the options of velocity and ability to see hail or debris in the air. Important for tornadoes.

There are really good high definition pro weather chaser apps but they are expensive, relatively, and are monthly.

Weather underground is my choice of weather app. I typically will reference against NOAA as well though
