I'm just trying to understand the logic of giving money to a democrat over a rino. I wouldn't give money to either, but maybe that's just me.

yes, and back when the democrats burned to the ground that church full of people in waco, they were there to take the guns then too.

The logic is to remove Bonnen from the speakership; that won't happen if he is reelected. The Democrat that would be used to replace him, if Bonnen isn't primaried out, would not be elected speaker and could be removed in the next election.
