    Out here by the lake!
"ATF GETS MORE NFA FUNDS … President Trump’s signature on the federal budget compromise authorized the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives budget, including an NSSF-advocated $13.2 million increase for the National Firearms Act Division. The second budget plus-up in as many years aims to accelerate NFA application handling and provide resources to speed up eForms processing times."

And all the talk about repealing the NFA is as useful as a one legged dog. Its not even remotely on anyones radar that is not DEEP into guns. So posting that stuff here where well agree is just a waste of breath.

Anyone that thinks repealing the NFA is going to happen when we are so close to getting red flag laws, gun storage laws, blah blah blah its a pipe dream. Hell we were one step from getting suppressors removed and that was sucked out of our hands.

But hey its America so if you want to spout out useless nonsense have at it.

Almost as bad as people thinking Roe vs Wade is going away.

People gotta stop making "tiny sacrifices" through the NRA and actually get rid of them too. The NRA lost their backbone long ago and there needs to be a new group that actually stands up for gun rights.

Tell that to the dude serving time in Kansas
How do you know? All I’m saying is these two states have laws that allow state made suppressors to be legal as long as they stay in state lines. Have you read the laws regarding these states before you replied?

This is what happens when people become complacent. We get used to saying never or it won’t happen. Read about the the gun owners of Idaho and how big their balls are. Their politicians actually push pro gun laws; push back against the feds.

I mean shit, they know more than anybody the feds aren’t their friends and to just do what they want. As it should be.

One of the factors affecting gun legislation may be the rampant violence just across the border. There are areas on our side along the Texas-Mexico border that occasionally get just as crazy. Idaho doesn’t have that issue. The state is predominantly homogenous with a relatively low crime rate and population compared to Texas.

I know this is a separate issue, but it blows my mind that our borders arent closed with walls and barbed wired fence.

    I agree. Two separate issues.

Border issues are border issues. Mexico is home to serious scum. If anything our gun laws should be extremely pro gun for our safety.

Doesn’t mean we need to stop trying. It’s this mindset that will ensure we never win.

Now, I ain't saying that we should go full anarchist and overthrow the Fed, as much as I'd love that lol, but just rolling over and saying "We shouldn't do it because big daddy govt said so" is just defeatist.

I don’t have any plans to loose my rights. You seem to think that just talking about this is taboo. Do you need me to hold your hand while you cross the street, too?

I googled Kansas suppressor conviction cases. IMO a law was passed and the state left them high and dry. We have got to push back. This is a war on our rights. They have already won if all we do is sit back and call those people who want to restore your rights to what they really should be, as dreamers.

You can piss into the wind all you like. Complaining on a pro gun page is not going to get you any closer to your goal. You need to convince non gun people and guberment types.

It just gets old anytime NFA is brought up there are several just repeal it no matter what its about answers.
