On a non-divided roadway, such as below, the number one lanes are NOT designated for passing only. It is perfectly lawful to drive continually down the number one lane.

The center turn lane is ONLY for left turns off of the main roadway and are not for use as an acceleration lane when turning onto the main roadway.

IMO, this is an egregious violation of 4A rights, because an unscrupulous LEO can pretty much claim anything is RS. Just OCing is sufficient for a Terry Stop.

Terry stops/frisks apply to pat downs and searches for weapons in the lunge area of conveyances. Nothing to do with failing to identify. Y’all should quit watching CNN so much.

If I am walking down the sidewalk and a LEO asks me to ID myself I can refuse with no violation.

That did not prove who you were. That just proved you knew a name and a DOB. You could have given him a fake name and DOB, and he would not have been able to tell the difference. Illegal aliens do this with regularity.
