I’ve been on this since introduced; engaged with all committee members and I’ve emailed the entire Texas Congressional delegation.
However, I’m about 90% certain it makes it out of committee on a party line 24D - 16R vote.
I also am fairly certain this will pass the house party line as it sits with 226 D co-sponsors and only 5 R co-sponsors as of yesterday.
ETA: S.42, the Senate companion has 40 D co-sponsors, 1 Independent, and 0 Rs.
HR8/S.42 is a D priority.
They must be killed.

100% CORRECT. = The RADICAL LEFTIST DIMs in the HoR must be SLAPPED DOWN so hard this time that they will END their SILLY crusade.
(I doubt that, if we TRY that this foolishness will even be passed by the HoR. = LOTS of DP members are "A-rated" by the NRA/GOA/JPFO/etc.)
