    Mowingmaniac24/7,

While you are 100% CORRECT about how the DIMocRATS acted when Justice Scalia passed away, I like to think that we conservatives are "BETTER" than to be "jumping up & down, cheering & hooting about" and/or "loudly toasting & celebrating" anyone's death.

    yours, satx
I can understand others frustration about the imbalance. The Democrat party needs to cease to exist. They are a plague on the Republic and liberty and I don't think I am exaggerating.
I am professional enough not to openly wish most ill will. That said, I will be smiling on the inside.

How many babies slaughtered in the name of personal freedom. F'k them.

The left would put strings on her arm as a puppet and use a female ventriloquist if they could get away with it. SNL gave her sainthood on a sketch. Honestly, I think she knows she needs to vacate even though she does not want to. Old age is a bitch. Good for conservatives though.

This brings a "Weekend at Bernies goes to SCOTUS" image to mind. If she had any respect for the office, she'd have retired a long time ago. Anyone whose job it is is to listen to arguments rather than sleep through briefs or call in sick all the time should do the right thing for America. She's selfish, but a typical democrat. And if they were smart, they'd have replaced them with young fresh faces when they had the supermajority. Should have recycled the whole bench with Cortez's if that's what they want. Trump has 2 years if the RINOs will get out of the way to at least solidify the bench.

"The Santa Monica News" The paper that reported on her latest cancer ( and was labeled false by Snopes) is now reporting that Ginsburg has Pneumonia and will retire this month

    Fingers crossed on the retirement.
Ginsberg leaving the SCOTUS I will not hold my breath, Id hate to look like a Smurf. Even if she were to pass away, the Left Socialists would prop up he dried up corpse and pretend she is dozing. I understand the Abraham Lincoln had regrets for nominating her.....

I really think that she was planning on retiring when Hillary got elected. However the American people threw a wrench in her plans. Now she's trying to hold on till the next Dem President. Hopefully that's at least 10 years away. Either Trump then Pence or Pence and Pence.

She's not going to live that long.

    The MailMan,

My guess is, that she will either retire and/or pass away in 2019 & the POTUS will be nominating another Justice SOON.

    easy rider,

I'd bet everything that I have in my pockets that the POTUS already has a FEMALE picked for the SCOTUS.

Nonetheless, the LEFTIST IDIOTS will GO EVEN CRAZIER than they were during the Kavanaugh 3-ring circus, regardless of who he selects. = HATERS GOTTA HATE & MAKE JACKASSES OF THEMSELVES.

As others have said, RBG's will never willingly give up her Supreme Court seat, especially if DRT is still President. The Left will never accept her death and will whine and complain that she could still have some life in her even as rigor mortis sets into her cold lifeless body.

Poorly organized web sites and comments from other sites make me a bit unsure but, as far as I can tell,
The stories link to no sources despite having several links intended to make them appear trustworthy. My first impression is that they seem to be trying too hard.

In this case, it likely doesn't matter.

Given her age, her diagnoses, her known complications, and the presence of two lung metastases; she has zip for life expectancy.
