So now apparently Leon Valley has gone decided to fully assert that it's city hall is a courthouse, now they aren't allowing anyone to record inside of that public building where previously it was allowed.

Skip to about 11:30 as it is just them walking to the area.

The Hispanic guy was previously trespassed from the building that is why he was going to wait outside. The white guy filming this is his first time there.

Looks like to me, they’ve established the grounds needed to bring a lawsuit. Gook luck; hope they win a whole lot of money!
Hopefully they can prove civil rights violations so that the actual individuals can be sued. Otherwise the money will just come from fellow taxpayers and the individuals involved won't be held accountable.

Don’t really care where the money comes from. If the “taxpayers” ain’t smart enough to replace their elected officials who will make the necessary management and/or personnel changes, then they just need to keep paying.

Kinda thinking it might be okay to get tased in order to net a hundred grand (of course it’ll cost the city twice that since my lawyer would need to get his cut!).

Then next weekend after that first settlement, we could do it all over again, doubling (or quadrupling) the amount until the city government [taxpayers] learns differently. OR maybe they’d learn to respect the citizens’ Rights?

Good in theory but I wouldn't suggest anyone go with the intention of riding the lighting more than once.

In the Olmos Park situation when CJ Grisham was tazed he ended up hitting his head on the ground, got a nasty looking bloody wound and concussion for his troubles. In the video I posted above you can see the blood on the ground and I've heard that he had to be sent to the hospital with what I assume is a head injury of some sort. Hitting your head on the concrete is no joke.

Personally I'd take my payout, pay off home, enjoy some of it, and save a portion of it to donate to these other guys here and there for bail and legal defense.

Speaking of CJ, his injuries appear to be VERY serious to me. Do we know how much his pay out will be? Or at least how much he has sued for? Has it been settled (or when will it be)?

I'm not sure if suit has been filed yet though CJ did hire a civil attorney. The female camera woman who was pushed and had the camera knocked out of her hand has already file a lawsuit though.

Here are photos of the arrest affidavit for this case.

I’m hoping those guys are HIGHLY successful at putting a “world of hurt” {financially} on that little city!

It might also give Leon Valley cause to pause too!

All those little city governments need to realize their ‘Bubba Police’ forces aren’t the only ones allowed to carry.

Well, those two photos only concern the entry into the “court building” by Miller and the question of righteousness of the 30.06 and 30.07 signage. Doesn’t really show anything directly having to do with CJ’s tasing and resultant arrest. (That’s were the ‘big bucks’ would likely be awarded that would result in a change of behavior of the city government). But best of luck to Miller too!

CJ's tazing was in Olmos Park. This is incident here is about Leon Valley which as of yet Open Carry Texas has not gotten involved.

For those that don't know a few days ago there was a demonstration against Leon Valley PD where a Blue Line Flag (not an American Flag) was used. This is only a 3 minute video but if you want to skip to the "action" go to about 2minutes. The police "arrested" everyone and confiscated everyone's phones and other devices.

Ultimately one person was charged with obstructing a highway/passageway and another for interfering but the interfering charges were dropped by the magistrate. Vehicles which were parked off site on private property (with the consent of the property owner) were towed/impounded, the person who had the charges dropped also had their firearm removed from their vehicle and it has not been returned.

Only way to fix it, is lawsuits. They needed to have had their top notch lawyers already lined up. And the amount$ need to be large enough to get the city’s attention. Voters are going to ultimately have to “fix” this problem! Mark my word.

There was a single male carrying an AR in the median of Bandera Road today, near the Heuber-Onion house, filming himself with a "selfie stick." A second individual was carrying a sign (unknown what it said). I only saw pics but I suspect it is part of this ongoing feud...

The protesters were out there for several hours, finally the police Chief came out and claimed that he would hold a press conference. Everyone gathered up, then the police comes out and arrests several people again alleging that there were death threats (by random people) on their livestream chats, then all cameras were seized as "evidence."

The Chief also lies about Texas law, witnesses and suspects do not need to ID themselves, only those lawfully arrested need to ID.

Looks like the above arrest video was taken down, seems shady considering how Leon Valley PD had the person arrested and has his device.

    Here is alternate video.
