Duckknot, you did indeed have your hands full with those silly girls. When the one started jumping around with a loaded weapon I kinda backed off! Good on you though for introducing them to the wonderful world of firearms and trying to undo the damage Californication has done to them.

Yes, I usually only put one round in the magazine so that things like that don't happen, but the guy who had loaded that one isnt the smartest; luckily I made it out alive!

That is an awesome range, I just wish it wasn't 100 miles of driving for me!

    sent from the duck blind!

Rick, lover of bacon, did you or anyone else happen to pick up a ruger 10 round mag with some defensive ammo off the big table?
Crap dude - I just looked through my range bag and didn't find anything. What Ruger mag are you looking for? 22/45? 10/22?

    Gunz are icky.
I was there, didn't really get to meet anyone as I had a couple people with me who had never shot so they kept me busy!

Moonpie, were you the guy whose target I shot on accident!? ;)

    sent from the duck blind!

Were you the guy shooting the Mosin-Nagant rifle?
I was the fellow beside you wearing the yellow shirt.

Duck boy. untill we meet you are just a myth. But I did see your vehicle so you must be real.

I had to laugh at Rick. He popped off the first shot with that M-1 and I heard giggles. GIGGLES! :roflfunny:
Robert looked like he was gonna go all Band of Brothers on us!
    Even Vaquero smiled.
It was a hoot watching you guys bang away.

Thanks for checking guys. And many thanks to all those who shared their toys! The Storm was really cool as was the AK. But like a Mosin, the AK should be only used with moderation! Rick who is intimate with the belly of a pig (that's where bacon comes from), I've got two M1s but didn't bring them because my son and I shot up all our ball ammo last week. They are truly remarkable machines.

OBTW, I took my Ruger to Patten Guns and he managed to dislodge the live round and fix it. There was a little nick on the case and that jammed the round in the chamber. He said it was a really dirty chamber but I had cleaned it after the the last session. Asked if I was shooting WWB and said that was a dirty round. Got to find another practice round.
