    So transfer bar worked on by ruger? Even if condition is excellent, a grand seems extreme but prices are crazy and if someone wants it…I myself wouldn’t ask that on tgt.

    Yes Ruger updated the gun and returned old pieces.
    It's not mine I'm thinking of buying one but didn't realize what they sell for.

    Was really looking for information on the gun itself ie trigger, accuracy, changing cylinders, the mechanics. more than the worth. Everything is worth what one is willing to spend but only to that person.

    Triggers run the board but can be improved with a spring kit, polish, etc. Cylinder is straight swap. Open loading gate, pull cylinder pin, take out cylinder, put in new cylinder, put in cylinder pin, Done. Accuracy has always been good with every example I have owned. Ultra reliable. It's a single action, not much to go wrong.
