OK Folks, this should help decide what dates work best for maximum participation at Sterling's memorial meetup.

I probably won't be able to make the West meet either way, but I do think separating the two meets by a week or two would be a really good idea. It would give those who want to go to both an opportunity to do so, and would give those who might not be able to make it to one the option of going to the other.

As for 17th vs 24th, either would probably be fine for me as long as I know at least a few weeks in advance.

Well folks after seeing the results of the poll and discussing it with the hosts, it has been determined that the East Memorial meet will be Saturday September 17th, and the West will be Saturday September 24th. Here is what I currently have for projected attendees.
