    Warning pics ahead. Lol

    Ok The deed is done.

I'm still flying High from anesthesia and extra pain meds but so far so good. I guess he sharpened the rusty spoon he used to scoop out the mass. He left my Tonsil or most of it anyways. Now waiting on pathology to see if its cancer or not. I'm still assuming it isnt, good thoughts and all.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS.

Now, I gotta say something about these lollipops a compounding pharmacy made. They are the shit! Think chloraseptic and make them industrial strength. They cost 10 bucks each not coverd by insc but you put them in your mouth and suck for 10 to 15 seconds and the surface of your whole mouth and throat is as close to dentist office numb as you can get without the shots. They contain TETRACAINE. Definitely something to remember if anyone has to go thru oral surgery like this in the future.

That bag was 70 bucks but worth it.

Oh, speaking of sucking on stuff,
@Texasgordo there is your OOC thread post for the day. Lol

Now for the pics. Doesnt look too bad but he took a large walnut sized chunk of what ever. Definitely bigger on the inside than it appeared.

My eyes look like I may be impaired a tad bit. Lol. Just kidding, its it's the lights.

@TX OMFS I highly recommend you keep jars of the special lollipops for you patients. These things are awesome. I'm sure the next day or 2 might be worse but I'm pleasantly suprised by the pain control provided by these things along with the meds.

    Now enough rambling..

    Sleep.

Morning Y'all...It's Whiskey Wednesday, and I'm starting early today.

So far, not so much @Katydid1984 . I had some biopsies done this morning and my face feels like it's been hit with a baseball bat. The deadners are wearing off and it hurts like a mofo right now.

    Bourbon!
I could have saved you some money with a wire hanger and a lighter. Biopsy and cauterize in one easy step. All I charge are one of those brisket sammich you were talking about yesterday.

Hope they are negative. Too much Big C scares lately.

Good thing I had extra hardware. Hardware that came with it was junk.
Can’t see it but I took the pick and put down brick to take the load off the post. I’ll add support to post later. It’s hot. Next I gotta finish the wire fence and see if I got enough for the chicken coop. All In all not bad for most of my material being free hand me downs.

Should have said something earlier. Most definitely a brisket sandwich would have been cheaper!

We will see in about a week what the results are on the biopsies are. Already know they are cancerous, just need to find out what type of cancer to formulate a plan for treatment.
