I "mine" the rifle/pistol berms for bullet lead out here in EPT.

On good days, I can pull out about 20 lbs lead out of the sand per outing.
Takes some work, but is worth it.

Hope you're doing better than me. Being healthy sometimes means you get to suffer longer. And TX isn't all that great for old folks either.

Honestly, lot's of wealthy folks get preferential treatment, Maybe I just expected different here. Like I said before I got shafted by an American company in favor of foreign workers and watched MANY other older Americans get it too. Can't say about elsewhere now, maybe the same. But I did more to TX because I got tired of watching the bigotry and greed. Guess it just followed me. When I moved to Houston for a job with "The American..." got jibed at Houston being for "Steers and Queers", so I kept joking about being a horny old man...The old family boss got pushed out, then they started having 'pink' parties at work. A year later I got laid off because of the 'economy'. Replaced by 2 gays from the new Shanghai office bronght over. Should I be grateful I was the last old white man there? Cynical... yeah. Bitter? Just stupid probably. Maybe I should run for president.
