I wonder if E-forms are going to be any better and/or the ATF will prioritize submitted paper forms before the new e-forms being submitted currently.

I heard they will doing both at the same time. So if you got one suppressor in middle of 2021, then a 2nd at the beginning of 2022, you should have the newest purchase 1st...since it would be put under the efile. If you got your suppressor at the end of December 2021 beginning of 2022... it will be efile. We will see if the 90 days is true or not.

I bought one in November paper file and on in December efile. I'm curious to see the time difference.

My guy said they're two different systems. Expect 11 months on the November and 30-90 days on the December! Realize the eform 1s were taking less than a month while the paper forms were a year. The new system uses the same process as the eform1. fingers crossed! haven't heard any approvals. hope people post here as soon as the first eform4 approval hits. that's what i'm being told anyway

That doesn't show up on the timeline for my pending orders on the Silencer Shop site; it goes from 'Certified and awaiting ATF approval' to 'Approval received from ATF'.

Purchased on 3/18/21, checks were cashed on 3/39/21, both were processed on 3/23/22 and mailed on 3/29/22. Got the call this morning and picked up my Hybrid 46 and Mask-22 this afternoon. At least they both showed up at the same time! Bummed I can't try them out until my right hand and elbow heal up from surgery.

I was a big dummy and only bought one. Should have got the .5.56/.308 at the same time- but dang- I didn’t want to in-ass that kind of dough in one sitting…now when I pick up my sparrow, I’ll buy my other.

Don't hold your breath. One of my efiles is sitting at 80 days.

No kidding, who's ass are they kissing -

    Dec 03, 2021

That's the date my e-file started. NOW it wasn't submitted until January 26, but I'm still well over 60 days from submission. I'll feel thankful if I get it within 120 days.

I efile’d a form 1 for my MP5 but my stupid ass forgot to sign the RPQ beforeI scanned and uploaded it. I used the “ask the experts” to contact, as well as sent a couple emails to different ATF email addresses earlier today to see if it can be fixed without having to go through a denial and refund, then resubmit, but no response as of yet.

I have another corrected application drafted and ready to go if they tell me I’ll have to do that, so just a waiting game to get into a waiting game at this point.
