It is voluntary and you have to sign up for it. My question is: how many times do these people get pulled over (to make this worthwhile) yet keep their licenses? Not to mention the lack of the deterrent effect that seeing someone pulled over has.

I'm surprised it is Windcrest, not Leon Valley. Leon Valley was know for being a speed trap. I guess traffic got too heavy and slowed everyone down, so they got the red light cams for revenue.

It's just a given, follow someone they want to pull over long enough, they'll get a reason.

TLDR,

Double jeopardy two cops can ticket you at identical times for the same violation

Right to face accuser, they can make up who accused you. Electronic records are much more easily faked.

This opens up a can of worms. If you like living in the CCCP so much you guys should move there. **** every thing about this program.

I didn't figure this did.
