Had a chance to read your rant.

While I understand your frustration, the policy is in place for a reason.

Since we are a large retail outlet, we have to have uniform rules and policies to make sure everything is done the same at every store.

The trigger lock policy is in place for everyone's safety.

What's to stop some yahoo from coming in with a loaded magazine for a gun he wants to look at in his pocket?

You hand him the firearm, he takes the mag out, slaps it in, and starts blasting away.

Due to the lawyers, we are not allowed to carry a weapon like most gun store employees to deal with such a situation.

And seeing some of the clientele we get, it makes me feel safer knowing that scenario is less likely to happen due to trigger locks.

Again, you frustrations are understood, but realize we do everything we can to ensure a fantastic customer experience, but some rules are in place for everyone's safety.

You missed the point. Is the arrogant phucked up attitude policy?

Anyways, my recent experience was good which was the point.

    Sorry I missed the point.

Don't know what that Dude's problem was.

That's not how anyone should be treated.

    Glad they have redeemed themselves.

Like I said, you have no idea the idiocy we sometimes encounter.

I had some guy ask me once if the pistol he was looking at came fully assembled.

I resisted the urge to tell him that it was just like Ikea and he had to put everything together using a piece of paper that has pictures on it and a screwdriver.
