You ask the same question all the time and I don't know the answer but you tell me, how long should we test it before we know it's safe? Ten, twenty, thirty years? What time span fits your comfort level? I made my reasonable guess already on a theoretical basis.
So for the man who wants a definitive answer in years, what will you accept?
Well, at least you have admitted you do not know if this vaccine is safe.

I would be more comfortable after at least a few years. Then we would be getting closer to what the normal trial process would have been.

So for what you know now if nothing new comes out when will you take it?
You realize there is a lot of difference between 100,000 doses given and over a billion in establishing safety and no matter what, long term safety means long term, maybe 20 years. We all have to make that decision on it's own.
Normal trials mean nothing as this is not a conventional vaccine. Oral polio was conventional and long term had problems. Choose your poison carefully.

I have a significant number of vaccinated friends. A VERY high percentage of them are getting worried. A person I talk to daily just told me that more of her vaccinated friends have died now than those that haven't... I know it's "just an anecdote" but your statistics that I can't see how they were arrived at aren't going to persuade me overnight that direct knowledge of actual people that have names, addresses, and friends, isn't worth being concerned about, and we aren't even past a year of most of these people being vaccinated, or even having taken a booster shot, in at least one case.
I haven't given statistics on safety.

Either the Pro vax people or the anti vax people will be right on this issue, and over the next year or two it will be evident which group is right. I’m betting I’m right, and as such, I look forward to a glut of cheap low mileage vehicles to suddenly hit the market for me to select from for my next ride.

Then what else are you basing your claims about safety on?
Which claims of safety? I have my personal beliefs about relative safety considering the number of doses given vs the severity of the disease. So far I am right. Thinking people can make their own choice.

This whole vaxx thing has grown it’s own legs and is stepping on everyone.
If you follow the numbers you’re wrong.
If you don’t follow the numbers you’re wrong.
Numbers are always 100% fudged regardless of source. There is absolutely no way to get all the facts.
Get the vaxx or don’t get the vaxx
But if you don’t we shouldn't get treatment if we get Covid.
I’m not on either side but I finally got the vaxx because I was hanging by a thread in the past that was pretty much caused from my lifestyle. So it came down to an once of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Everyones mileage will vary.

This may not even be an issue in two to three years. I will judge the risk at that time. My physical state could change by then as well.

Wrong. Numbers are only fudged 97.3% of the time.

    Well, bless your heart.

Sorry to disappoint you Rotor, when it comes to self-preservation and survival, my gut isn't wrong.

Fact is, I have much more faith in the abilities that God gave me than a bunch of self-serving doctors, companies and politicians.

Trust the gut Axx, it has served me well for near on 60 years.

It’s called questioning everything and critical thinking.

Might not even have to pay for them.
