That is blatantly false as of today. There is no vaccine requirement to board a commercial airline the US right now.

A ‘senior staffer’ has floated that option as a potential lever to pull in the future though. Some jackáss rep from the west coast has also introduced a bill along the same lines.

But as of today, no vaccine needed to fly.
Just wait a bit, the airlines themselves will require it. They sure bought into everything else.

When their planes are on the ground and not flying for lack of passengers, and the airlines go bankrupt, then they can tell us that was a wise business decision to make.

Last year, because of the Covid "pandemic", the airline industry is already hurting big time. Forcing people to have a vaccine "passport" in order to fly could be a very bad business decision to make. And with the exception of some of the international travelling, there are other options to flying. Not as fast as flying, but still options.

Businesses learned that most business-travel was completely unnecessary last year. Since they saved ass-loads of cash, I'd expect the airline industry to have to offer better pricing, better service, and better comforts to remain competitive going forward, besides not adopting woke / lefty ideology.

Not if the government writes them checks like everyone else… and also, look, 65% of the population will be vaccinated including a lot of the people that want to fly. Here in Dallas I suspect the “flying class” is a lot higher percentage vaccinated. Look at how many people wore masks… that is about how many people won’t care enough to resist any such mandate with any level of courage.

Yeah, I'm expecting that the communists will be happy to buy some favors by bailing out airlines with idiotic policies.

You want to know why I think the left is stepping on the gas?

They've controlled the majority of the education system for decades now, and even conservatives give their kids to them. They have plenty of metrics to measure and the antifa / BLM stuff shows that there is a significant portion of the population sucked into their vortex, and too few courageous / manly politicians, police, DA's, courts willing to shut the madness down. Add COVID to the mix and look at how many people willingly masked up and even locked down and you have a very good picture at what percentage of people aren't going to push back fast enough or hard enough to make a difference.

Absolutely, airline travel has been getting cheaper.. however 10-12 people can hire a corporate jet for about the same price per person as airline travel for most destinations.

We can participate in a study and get an antibody test done free.

The link appears to be specific to my closest CPL lab, but surely it will enable you to choose your own lab.

Sorry, but if I visit a Google link, I will feel all dirty and need a shower. Is this part of the TexasCARES project? I can find my own info, sans Google, if I know who is running the program.

Yes sir, I believe it is part of the TexasCARES project.
I am thinking about signing up. They may not want me, as it's been almost a year since I had the bioweapon flu. Also, I now have a healthy distrust of just about anyone/thing connected to the medical community. There has been - and still is - so much utter BS out there and just about anything that looked promising/positive has been squashed. I am not saying the medical community is behind it, but it sure seems like they have done little to none to combat it. Lately, there have been a few bright signs....I will pray for more of that.

If we had a strong Governor or good sized majority in the House and Senate, TEXIT could work.
But would we be trading a federal set of assholes for a new Texas federal bunch of assholes?
When the antis leave the country to stop legislation they must forfeit their Texan status
