I purely LOVE Axis venison. = Imo, Axis makes the BEST Texas Red chili ever, when mixed with feral pork.

Hell I would have gladly stored it for you! I bought my buddy fathers furnishings included was a big ass side by side. The freezer side is currently only an ice maker & chilled water dispenser.

Then again giving it away is a very nice thing to have done. I am especially impressed with you offering it to peeps here rather trying to give it aways to the free shit army locally.

On another forum a member just found out his 22 year old freezer was a causality of the ice storm. I suggested he turn it in on his insurance, but he felt the gap in time would bite him in the ass.

Ok sure thing. I never answered about the axis deer. I have a lease that allows me to hunt outside of most of white tail season near Sonora

I can suggest some ranches both high and low fence that have guided hunts for axis deer though

This will be a first for elk. I've had venison sausage before, but never had any elk to my knowledge.
