The big issue is how to fund the wall we'd need on the borders that don't include Mexico or the Gulf. The Red and Sabine could be turned into moats, I guess. Then the cost of deporting all those leftist idiots in Austin. And then there's trying to sort through the list of volunteers to get rid of Sheila Jackson Lee. Not saying it can't be done - it's just gonna take some serious effort.

Let's face it - We're the last lifeboat and we're still tied to the Titanic.

Anyone remember the Great Northern Aggression conflict of 1861, or more commonly known as the American Civil War?

Didn't end so great did it? They succeeded for a little over 4 years.

Close to a million people, military and civilians wounded or dead during the conflict.

It sounds like a great idea because of fear of Biden actually becoming president.

And I have no love or respect for socialists, or anyone that resides in Texas that doesn't honor and respect the American way of life, or that has socialist or communist sympathies, but how do you throw them out of the state legally? Simple answer is, you can't.

It's a great idea to sit around and fantasize about, but I'm sorry, it ain't happening.

ETA: Even IF, after the dust settles, and it has been exhausted in the courts that Biden wins the election, I'll never acknowledge him or Harris as being legitimated winners, or president and vice-president.

^^ generally agree but the premise is a little flawed. if Texas were an autonomous and sovereign country the legality of ejecting persons from her borders would be up to the Texas Gov't. I would imagine it would be fine.

but yeah, probably not gonna happen. but as the beach boys said, "Wouldn't it be nice?"

That's a very good point Wolf. But realistically, the biggest hurdle, or problem, is getting people organized and committed to the cause, and willing to really fight for it. Even up to the point, of willing to die for the cause.

A lot of people are really gung-ho and talk a big game from behind their computers, but I suspect, many of those will waffle, or find some excuse not to fully commit or are willing to die for a cause.

    depends on how you ask.

"you want to go die for texas? maybe kill some of your relatives in new mexico, oklahoma or wherever?"

    or

"Join the Texas National Guard, Fight for your nation! Protect your family friends and society from tyranny, show Washington what happens when you mess with Texas. No communists south of the Sabine! Texas needs men! Cowboy up to the Red River and drive out the reds out of this great land!"

i don't know, i failed my propaganda class.

as far as keyboard commandos, they were never going to help. It is largely the quiet ones that would come enlist.
