I'm sure they're giving him what they expect him to eat for his weight. Right now it's 75 ml. So like around 2 oz or so. They are using rice cereal to thicken it when they try bottle feeding, but both my kids had an intolerance to rice, so he probably does too. Probably isn't helping.

Hopefully they'll listen to us when we ask them to let us try mom's milk with oatmeal to thicken it
If that is what you fed the others and it stayed down, don't ask, demand. Unless they have a valid medical reason to do otherwise. Doctors are not always right and many times what they do is just the accepted "safe practice for the normal person". Remind them that your baby is not normal or he would not be there in the first place.

It'll get worked out. Just takes time to communicate with these doctors compared to what we're used to at Harris. Harris was more consistent with who was there. Seems like it's someone new every shift here at Cook's

The last few weeks have been hectic as hell. Working on some remodeling projects around the house. Lawn equipment maintenance and repairs. Yard work. LOTS of yard work! Getting tractors and equipment fixed and ready to start baling hay. Lots of smoking and grilling last Friday and Saturday. We had some close friends over on Saturday and we shot lots of ammo! Got to shoot some very interesting guns as well. It was hot and the heat took the energy right out of us, but we had a great time anyways. Getting ready for next Saturday. The wife and I are cooking, smoking and grilling for my father and brother for Father's Day. Going to be a brisket, steak, burgers, sausages, hot dogs, boudan, and chicken on the smoker and grill. Potato salad, baked beans, macaroni salad, and lots more.

Filling them ditches in, is way easier than digging them!

I'd add some faucets in there too.

I would but its 240v for the trailer...lol.
I had to run power closer to water & where septic will. I have the neighbor down the road that did my mulching, coming over with his skid steer to back fill for me in the morning. I bribed him with dinner tonight & some critter shooting here in a bit. Of course thats if they want to come out & play. We'll both have night vision so should make it easier seeing them.

Uh...disregard my previous post! Water and electricity are not a good mix.

Made quick work with the trencher today. I couldn't imagine having to hand dig that 130' View attachment 216325 . Now i need a tractor with bucket to back fill. I have a tractor now thanks to @Whistler ... but i still need to pick find a day to pick it up from him.

When you're ready I can figure out something to get it down there if you need a hand. In the meanwhile its fine in the carport keeping the smoker company.

That scaper blade is probaby easier to backfill a trench. Flip it around backwards on an angle.
