This article says the curfew states people can’t be in a public place. I wish I could find the order itself, but I haven’t been able to find it on the city or state website.

That being said, standing on my front porch is not occupying a public place. The paint markers now identify the location of someone who can be identified and investigated for having violated the curfew, which in that video is not the case.

That’s why I have no qualms with returning fire in that scenario.

Ain’t it convenient that we emptied our jails of criminals, but threatened jail to business owners and parents?

I wonder how many of those inmates participated in the looting and rioting?

The way all of this garbage has unfolded over the last few months, it almost seems scripted...

Good for them. The feds and state should cut off all funding to the city, too. Treat the whole city like a terrorist state. Embargoed, no trade allowed. The problem will be self correcting after a few months.
