Welcome to TGT and TExas. Sounds like you relocated from the northern part, as did I . Excellent waterfowl hunting in the valley. It is nice to see that increase in take home once all the commie taxes are no longer taken out.

Absolutely great water fowl across the state until you get to the Grapevine. Probably the only thing I will miss other than family / friends

Word of caution...get your vehicle(s) out of the CA system as soon as you can, within 10 days according to the CA DMV. If you don't they potentially could hold up any registration and new drivers license. It's one of the ways they keep sticking it to you after you leave.

My LEO Son wanted the P365, so I bought him one. It is now his #1 off-duty carry, but he told me to stick with the G19's.
