    Ditto; not in the Primary.

Of course I’ll support him in the general but I’m hopeful he’ll have received a good strong 2A reminder by then that he’s not completely irreplaceable or untouchable by the pro gun community.

Concerning Stovall’s LoWV comment. He appears to me, to be a very strong constitutionalist (& that obviously includes the Second Amendment BOR). I believe he was responding to the “violence” portion of that question.

To me, since the incumbent isn’t very likely to be beaten, the Primary mainly serves as a reminder to Cornyn to not be such a RINO on a variety of issues (of which ‘gun control’ is just one).

Early voting starts in five days; on the 18th I believe.

I like to vote early, just in case something were to come up on election day that could prevent me from making to the polls.

Basically said the states had the responsibility to address the “gun violence” issue (not the federal government). I didn’t take his comment as addressing the Second Amendment Bill Of Rights at all. You can read his response at the Texas League of Women Voters website. They don’t have any response from Cornyn there at all.

I'm going to be in the swamp on March 3 (D.C.). Wonder if it's too late to get approved to vote by mail?

Only downside is if the person you voted for is caught in a felony sting days before the election, he/she still got your vote.
