I remember the old traveling arcade games at carnivals. One of them required shooting the star out of the center of a bit of paper. Those full-auto BB guns were fascinating. I remember them vaguely resembling Thompsons. They were hooked up to a compressed air source and seemed to have a pretty generous supply of BBs for each load, though never enough for me to win anything.
I stumbled in here after not checking the thread for a few days & started w/ that post. You guys are a bunch of deplorables. Now I need a drink.
It reminded me of the Seattle Center (what's left of the 1962 worlds fair). I think I was 13 or 14 when I last remember that game being there. I couldn't say how many quarters I spent on that.
Duh! That's the whole idea. Drink till the wheels fall off.... break shit, roll sxs... kick holes in your foot... anything less requires flogging and morale improvement

When I was stationed in RI, I could only find it on base or at the drug store. And it was always at least a month old at the drug store.
