Works 99% of the time, especially when there really is a gun.
Therefore the officer wasn't prowling around with no justificationit was a well check.

BS he was on her property at 2AM prowling around with NO justification. Zilch, zero, nada, none. It wasn't a burglary in progress, it was a well check. Supposedly.

seemed that could be it, but dept already went on record saying he fired at a perceived threat. Hard to walk that back to ND, given they have all post shooting cam video
