Probably a good thing. Casey seemed all right early on. In fact, it seemed like he got royally screwed by the system which I imagine happens regularly, especially to the young.

Unless proven otherwise, I suspect Texas reaps more income than loss from this type of legal maneuvering.

Sorry for calling it a forum. I’ve never been apart of a forum before. I’ll work on my lingo haha.

Hmmm. I’m guessing it could be admissible in a future court date and there’s discussion about the event specifically.

    Lesson to be learned there.

Thanks so much, would never have posted it if I knew I couldn’t delete it myself. Thanks for the help and sorry for the trouble.
Nothing totally disappears. It is on some server somewhere. At least that is my understanding. For that reason, most people do not use their real names, which it appears you did. Hopefully, the more literate computer folks (not me), will step up and correct any misunderstandings I may have repeated here.

Probably not a good idea to use your real name on a social media site when your under a criminal indictment.

    Yep.

Or even discussing guns or politics for that matter. The outrage culture has gotten out of hand and all sorts of people search for past comments to attack people

Without getting into the specifics of the way this board works, in this case as in most others, the thread was crawled by Google. I just confirmed that. Even if the content were to totally disappear from TGT, Google has it cached.

So, yeah, as a rule of thumb if you put something on the internet, expect it to be there forever.
