    What actually happened?
    Looked like a tornado sucked him out.

    ETA: Vehicle flipped, he got out and ran, was caught later.

    If the officer was not injured in the accident, then maybe he was lucky to have it as it seems to have prevented the scrote from starting the car on fire. That sure looked to me as if he pulled out a Zippo (lucky he did not have a gun).

    I don't understand why he just didn't stop rather than running code
    Once the prisoner started kicking the divider and becoming violent, the officer appears to have stepped up his transport and used the lights and siren to expedite things. I have no clue whether the officer noticed the prisoner had uncuffed himself.

    As an aside, the prisoner should have been belted into place. Had he had the shoulder belt on, he would not have been ejected from the vehicle.

    You can hear the officer on his radio report that the prisoner was out of the cuffs. Again, I have no idea why he didn't stop rather than run code 3.
