Good. Horrible choice from the start. As much as Trump talked about ending wars, to then hire Bolton never made any sense to me.
We will have to agree to disagree. Bolton is realistic and pragmatic. He understands that some entities will never be backed down by negotiation, no matter how many decades the negotiation attempts last.
He also understood that when you take an isolationist approach and bury your head in the sand, you will get kicked in the tail eventually.
Bolton saw the weaknesses in the UN (which the US largely funds) and how other nations stabbed us in the back time and time again. He refused to let the US be governed by the UN.
Agreed. He was always a hawk. The MSM was slamming trump weeks/months ago for having Bolton on and now I bet they will slam Trump for firing him.
He was once an asset - no longer.
Sometimes, folks have to be be fired if they don't get on board.

He's one of those guys who never met a war he didn't like. He had an agenda and it sucked......hey warriors die, just open up another can of em when they do was his philosophy......
Generals used to befired with great regularity too when they kept screwing up, but not nearly often enough now.
