Easy to do:
Cut a BIG avocado in half, remove pit but leave skin on.
Spoon out just enough flesh to hold the egg
Season and bake @ 400F for about 15 minutes, or until done like you like it.
I put the avocados in a muffin pan so they don't fall over ...
