Yup. My Pop had his at 45. His room mate was 29. Later determined that he had already had multiple and would probably not make 45.
I am 62, smoke and drink lots of coffee. None yet. Most men in our family have one before 50.

"Brave mexicans use yeet to break through USA's wretched wall"...

... seriously urbandictionary? That's your example of yeet use? No blatant political bias there.

Try "Trump will yeet all over 2020"

When I was in grade school, the exclamation "Uh, oh! Chongo!" was so pervasive that one of the teachers had a complete meltdown when she heard it once too often. We're talking screaming, crying, and collapsing into her chair such that the entire class was frozen with fear that something was really physically wrong. Then she just walked out of class and we didn't see her till the next week.

The next day the school issued a notice to all students that anyone using the phrase "Uh, oh! Chongo!" would be suspended from school.

Every generation uses slang specifically designed to confuse and confound their elders. Every single one.

Urban dictionary doesn't make their own definitions or examples of the word used. Anybody can make up a word and put it on there. But, yes I do prefer your usage.

I work with a guy who to look at appears very healthy.
    ...
His cholesterol numbers are insane! He is a walking heart attack.
My employer used to do free cholesterol screenings where the only result returned was a single number for total cholesterol. I had just moved to a new branch when the annual screening rolled around. None of the people working near me had ever been through the process with me. One of them was a marathon runner who constantly managed to insert something into every conversation about her outstanding health. She was like an evangelizing vegan but for running.

At the time, I weighed 600+ pounds and she tried but could not successfully conceal her disgust whenever we were in the same room.

The test results came back and as was the custom in that place and time, people shared. It was a mildly competitive thing. Ms. Long Distance Runner was very proud of her, IIRC, low 160s total cholesterol and was showing it off to a group of folks who were giving her the accolades that she required to keep her feeling superior.

I walked up and asked "Everybody happy with their results?" She showed me hers, looked down her nose, and asked in an arch tone "How about you?"

I knew where my number would approximately be so I hadn't opened my envelope. I replied "I don't know. Let me see." Then I pulled out the envelope and clearly opened it in front of everyone. She could see it was unopened and she was delighted at the prospect of showing her fat-ass co-worker some solid, objective evidence of how much better a human being she was, compared to him.

I pulled out the result slip in such a way that she and I read it for the first time at the same time. My total cholesterol was 143. I turned to her and innocently asked "143 - Is that OK?"

She looked at me, turned red, huffed and puffed, harrumphed loudly, spun on her heels and walked away. I don't think she spoke to anyone for the rest of the day; she just sat at her desk, visibly shaken and fuming.

Everyone else standing in that group thanked me repeatedly on that day and for several days after for shutting her up. For at least a little while, she stopped nattering at everyone about how healthy she was and how everyone would be better off if they followed her example.

I know I shouldn't take satisfaction in shaking another persons world view but sometimes I can't help myself. :)

It seems she NEEDED a change in world view. You did her (and the world) a favor.
