All metal 9mm DA/SA pistols are my preference so over the last 2 years I have picked up a number of Beretta Model 92's, CZ-75's, S&W 5906's, EAA Witness, Jericho 941, and just recently a Sig P226 Enhanced Elite. Any suggestions on a good all metal 9mm DA/SA pistol that I should look into possibly acquiring?

Sig 228, and although not DA, no collection is complete without a 1911, they are available in 9mm :)

    I had a 1911 but I replaced it with a Browning Hi-Power which I liked better. I then replaced the Hi-Power with a Beretta 92FS which I liked even more. ;)

I've got a soft spot for Bersa stuff. A TPR9c is close by. A Thunder UC9 Pro used to be. And the Thunder 9 Pro XT is on my wants list.

Were those links for the benefit of m5215? Or me?

ETA - Didn't catch the highlighted line the first time, obviously. The TPR model is the updated UC9 Pro, so a new, old model is not necessarily required. Would be nice to have. But if I really wanted another, one or two of my vendors show a good number of them in stock.

Dont forget the older Ruger P Series
Darn good guns and if you run out of ammo they make a good hammer

Totally forgot about those. I now recall a friend who had one many years ago and it seemed to be built like a tank. Good suggestion. I think I may look into adding one to the collection.

Also, I didn’t read all of your post, but you need a Browning Hi Power back in your collection if you want a complete collection and you might think about a Colt Series 80 1911 in 9mm

Browning BDM. Nice write up on back page of Shooting Illustrated this month. 15 round capacity and BDM stood for Browning Double Mode. It could either be a DA only or DA/SA by flipping a switch.

Subscribed. I asked the same question a while back. I wound up with some 9mm 1911's. The ones on my current hit list are a P7, and a P210, but they ain't cheap.
