The lodging idea is new ground that no one knows how it will go over. I go to the range and stay all day with lunch and drinks packed. I watch people come and go and never end up at closing time with the people I started the morning with, so I don't know how many would go and how often. You can't make a living with once or twice a year people. I don't think you are close enough to enough population to support it but I could be wrong. Around Abilene, San Angelo and the rural areas most folks either have or know of a free place to shoot. The ranges close enough to urban areas are the ones that are full of shooters, Red's Indoor range in Pflugerville usually has a wait for a lane unless you go during the middle of the work day, they are nice folks though. Best Of The West is 25 minutes from me so that is where we go, they have everything in one huge facility and are expanding.
